Luxury Restaurant Group Website
Pakora Restaurant
Visit Website (opens in a new tab)
Overview
A bespoke website concept for PAKORA, a fictional luxury Indian restaurant group with a Knightsbridge flagship and branches in Glasgow, Bradford and Wales. It is designed to be adapted for real hospitality clients; every branch, address, opening time, price and menu item is clearly labelled as an illustrative placeholder.
What I built
A Next.js site with an editorial homepage, a tabbed menu system (tasting menu, à la carte, seasonal, desserts and alcohol-free) with dietary and location filters, a cocktails and bar page with food pairings, experiences and private dining pages with enquiry forms, and a page for each branch. The reservation journey uses each branch’s own hours and rules, and itemises refundable deposits, non-refundable booking fees and minimum spends before confirmation. It runs as a clearly labelled demo, structured for a real booking provider and server-side payments. Brand, branches, menus, drinks, experiences and deposit rules are all centralised in configuration files.
